  •  Cream-2 tbsp
  •  Salt- as per taste
  •  Finely chopped coriander – 1 tablespoon

Now heat 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil in a kadai, now add half a teaspoon of cumin seeds and 1 teaspoon of whole coriander, now add 2 green chillies, 1 inch piece of ginger and 5 to 6 garlic cloves to it and roast well, now add 1 onion chopped into it and roast it, now add half a teaspoon of turmeric and half a teaspoon of red chilli powder to it and mix it well.

Now add 1 tomato chopped into it, add salt as per taste on top, mix everything well and let it roast for 2 to 3 minutes, now add green coriander to it and mix and turn off the gas after 1 to 2 minutes The spices should not be burnt at all while preparing this recipe.
