  4. 1 cup tomatoes 
  5. 1 pinch of asafoetida 
  6. half cup finely chopped green coriander
  7.  3 finely chopped green chillies
  8.  half teaspoon ginger paste
  9.  half teaspoon cumin seeds
  10.  half teaspoon red chilli powder 
  11. 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  12.  half teaspoon garam masala 
  13.  half teaspoon turmeric powder 
  14. salt to taste

Step 1: Make a paste of peas :

Now add 2 tablespoons of oil in the kadai and heat it, now add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon of dried red chillies, half teaspoon of asafoetida and the prepared garlic leaf paste (which we had prepared after making the pea paste). Now roast everything well for 2 to 3 minutes, then add 2 chopped tomatoes and half a bowl of peas, and salt to taste.
